Netflix Unveils First Six Minutes Of ‘Wednesday’ Season 2; Lady Gaga Joins The Fray

One of Netflix’s most iconic series Wednesday returns this year with Season 2, and unlike Season 1, the new season will be split into two parts where part 1 drops on August 6 and part 2 concludes on September 3.

At Netflix’s Tudum 2025 event, fans were treated to a first 6 minute sneak peek, where Jenna Ortega is back as the Wednesday Addams. Netflix captioned the post while unveiling the first few minutes: “Make yourself uncomfortable Here’s the first 6 minutes of Wednesday Season 2. #TUDUM”

The video begins with Wednesday tied up in a serial killer’s basement, surrounded by life sized dolls. We hear her say, “He’s under the delusion that I’m his next victim,” adding, “I’ll let him cherish that notion while I explain my predicament.” Then, the video flashes back to Wednesday practicing her psychic powers. She sets out on a mission to find the Kansas City Scalper.

Next, there’s a funny scene where Wednesday goes through airport security and has to show all the weapons she’s carrying with her. After that, Wednesday meets the Kansas City Scalper, played by Haley Joel Osment. He has tied her up in his basement and shows her a doll he made that looks just like her.

Wednesday replies, “Let me show you some of my own handiwork.” Then, in a creepy moment, a doll moves on its own, and the serial killer is suddenly attacked from both sides.
