Subham is set in the early 2000s, before the internet and mobile took over, in Bheemili, it blends horror and comedy. It tells the story of Srinivas, a simple cable TV operator. He lives a peaceful life with his wife Srivalli, who is smart and has an MBA degree. At first, their marriage seems calm and happy. But things get strange when Srivalli starts acting distant and emotionless every night at exactly 9 PM. Srinivas gets worried when he realizes other women in the village are behaving the same way. Troubled by this strange pattern, he begins to investigate.
JioHotsar Telugu announced the OTT release with a post on X (formerly Twitter), writing, “This June 13th, katha aarambham on JioHotstar. Chacchina choodalsindhe.”
