Housefull 5 has finally arrived on the big screens after creating hype with its two versions. The makers decided to release two different versions of Housefull 5 with different climaxes and endings. The movie is set against the backdrop of a luxury cruise ship, where a billionaire dies. He leaves his fortune to a man named Jolly but three people claim to be Jolly to get the wealth. However, three men and their partners become the prime suspects. In ‘Housefull 5 A’, the killer is different, whereas, ‘Housefull 5 B’ will have someone else as the murderer.
Housefull 5 A And B Ending Explained: (Spoiler Alert)
Sanjay Dutt and Jackie Shroff play the role of police officers, trying to investigate the mysterious murders on the ship. In version ‘A’, it is revealed that Abhishek Bachchan aka Jalbhushan is the killer along with Fardeen Khan aka Dev.
Meanwhile, in the second version, Chitrangda Singh aka Maya turned out to be the killer alongside Abhishek Bachchan aka Jalbhushan.
In the turn of events, the characters claiming to be Jolly turned out to be fake and Bobby Deol made a cameo appearance as the real Jolly.
Housefull 5 stars Akshay Kumar, Abhishek Bachchan and Riteish Deshmukh in the lead roles. The movie also features Sanjay Dutt, Fardeen Khan, Shreyas Talpade, Nana Patekar, Jackie Shroff, Dino Morea, Chunky Pandey and Johnny Lever in the pivotal roles. ‘Housefull 5’ is not the first Indian movie to adopt this strategy of releasing different versions. In 1998, the Malayalam movie ‘Harikrishnans’ did the same things and became a massive success. As the movie featured the superstars Mohanlal and Mammootty with Juhi Chawala, it had already created a huge hype. The makers wanted to satisfy the fans of Mammootty and Mohanlal as Harikrishnans focused on the love triangle.
