The Traitors, hosted by Karan Johar which premiered on Prime Video on June 12 has already dropped its first three thrilling episodes. With a mix of lies, drama, and smart moves, the show has already shocked viewers with surprise evictions like Raj Kundra and Karan Kundrra.
Now, contestant Sufi Motiwala has teased even more explosive drama in the coming episodes. In an interview with Pinkvilla, Sufi warned, “Spoiler alert, you are not ready for episode 5 and episode 6. Those eliminations are the real gags.” He added, “Episodes 5, 6 and 8 are the episodes to look forward to. One contestant also gets a funeral. It happens in either 5th, 6th or 8th episodes.”
Speaking about Karan Kundrra’s unexpected elimination, Sufi expressed disappointment, saying, “When Karan’s eviction was happening, there was also a technical malfunction that happened, which resulted in him not really being able to speak his whole part. This resulted in him not taking a stand for himself.”
Sufi further shared how he wasn’t prepared for his interview for The Traitors because he hadn’t seen the show before. He was surprised when he was selected but excited to be a part of it, saying it felt different from shows like Bigg Boss or Big Brother.
Revealing with whom he didn’t get along on and after the show, Sufi said,”I think me and Uorfi, entered the show with no bond and me and Uorfi left the show with no bond.”
Filmed at the grand Hotel Suryagarh in Jaisalmer, The Traitors features 20 celebrities playing an exciting game. The contestants are separated into two competing factions, the Faithfuls and the hidden Traitors. In every challenge, they have to use smart thinking and teamwork to stay in the game and figure out who the traitors are.
