Pakistani Star Hania Aamir Joins Diljit Dosanjh In A Chaotic Horror-Comedy; Watch

Pakistani actor Hania Aamir has joined Diljit Dosanjh in the upcoming Punjabi comedy movie ‘Sardaar Ji 3’. However, the movie will only release overseas and there has been no update regarding the film’s release in India. Diljit dropped the trailer of Sardaar Ji 3 on Instagram as he returns to his role as a ghost hunter.

Sharing the trailer, Diljit wrote, “Sardaar Ji 3 Releasing 27th June OVERSEAS Only. FADH LAO BHOOND DIAN LATTAN.”

Sardaar Ji 3 will release in theatres overseas on June 27. Hania Aamir will be seen as Diljit’s love interest, who is also a ghost hunter.

The trailer of Sardaar Ji 3 comes after the ban of Pakistani actors in India post Pahalgam attack.

Moreover, the Instagram accounts of Pakistani actors have also been banned. She earlier got into a controversy after a fake post about her comments on Pahalgam attack surfaced on social media.

Hania soon clarified the backlash over her fake statement. She wrote, “Recently, a statement has been falsely attributed to me and is being widely circulated on social media. I want to address this directly: I did not make this statement, and I do not endorse or align with the words being linked to me. It is entirely fabricated and misrepresents who I am and what I believe.”

She added, “That being said, this is a deeply sensitive and emotional time. My heart goes out to the innocent lives lost and the families affected by the recent tragedy. Pain like this is real, and it deserves empathy, not politicisation. In times like these, it’s easy to let emotions cloud our judgment, but we must remember: the actions of extremists do not represent an entire nation or its people. Assigning blame without proof only deepens divides and distracts from the real need for compassion, justice, and healing.”

Talking about Sardaar Ji 3, the movie also stars Sonam Bajwa in the lead role with Manav Vij, Gulshan Grover, Jasmin Bajwa, Sapna Pabbi in the pivotal roles.
