‘Avatar: Fire And Ash’, which is the third instalment in James Cameron’s ‘Avatar’ franchise, is gearing up for its grand theatrical release. The makers have unveiled the first trailer of the film, which is promised to be a grand visual spectacle like its prequel. The audiences are invited to the world of Pandora again as Na’vi leader Jake Sully and his family get ready for another battle.

Fans are on cloud nine after witnessing James Cameron’s brilliant work in the trailer and expressed their excitement about the film. The movie stars Sam Worthington, Zoe Saldaña, Stephen Lang, Sigourney Weaver, Joel David Moore, CCH Pounder, Giovanni Ribisi, Dileep Rao, Matt Gerald, Kate Winslet, Cliff Curtis, Edie Falco, Brendan Cowell, Jemaine Clement, Britain Dalton, Trinity Jo-Li Bliss, Jack Champion, Bailey Bass, Filip Geljo and Duane Evans. David Thewlis and Oona Chaplin will play new characters.
‘Avatar: Fire And Ash’ will release in theatres on December 19, 2025.
The first part, titled ‘Avatar’, was released in 2009 and became a grand success worldwide. Its sequel, ‘Avatar: The Way of Water’, arrived in theatres in 2024 and was a major hit as well. The second and third parts were shot simultaneously; hence, there was a smaller gap between their releases.
Two more sequels, ‘Avatar 4’ and ‘Avatar 5’, are also in development and are likely to hit the theatres in 2029 and 2031, respectively.
