Ingredients
- Chicken thighs (500g boneless)
- soy sauce (2 tbsp)
- gochujang (1 tbsp)
- honey (1 tbsp)
- sesame oil (1 tbsp)
- garlic (2 cloves)
- grated ginger (1 tsp)
- salt and pepper
- chopped cabbage (1 cup)
- small carrot (1)
- vinegar (1 tbsp)
- sugar (1 tsp)
- and chopped green onions for garnish.
Step By Step Guide
Marinate The Chicken
Mix soy sauce, gochujang, honey, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, salt and pepper altogether in a bowl and then add the chopped chicken to marinate for 20-30 minutes.
Prepare The Chicken
Add the marinated chicken to a medium heated skillet and let it cook for 10 minutes until it becomes slightly creamy.
Make The Slaw
In a bowl, toss the sliced cabbage, carrot, rice vinegar, sugar and a pinch of salt. Mix it well and let it set for 10 minutes.
