Ingredients

  • 1 cup buckwheat (kuttu) flour
  • 1 mashed boiled potato
  • rock salt
  • to taste
  • 1 tsp ghee or oil (for kneading + cooking)
  • water

Step By Step Guide

Make The Dough

Take a bowl and combine buckwheat (kuttu) flour, mashed potato, and sendha namak (rock salt). Add a little water if needed and form a soft dough.

Set It Aside To Rest

Cover the dough with a damp cloth, and, let it rest for at least 10-15 minutes.

Divide The Dough

Remove the damp cloth from the dough. Now, divide the dough into small balls. Roll the dough between two plastic sheets or using a little dry flour to prevent sticking.
