Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup of mayonnaise or cream
- 1 tbsp mustard
- salt and pepper
- chilly flakes or oregano.
Step By Step Guide
Boiling Eggs
Place the eggs in a half water filled saucepan, cover the it with a lid and let the eggs boil on a high flame.
Deshelling Eggs
Remove the egg shells, cut them into halves and take out the yolks.
Prepare The Filling
Mix cream or mayonnaise in a bowl and add salt, pepper and chilli flakes, Whisk well.
