Ingredients
- 250gm chicken
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp cornflour
- 2 tsp purpose flour
- salt and pepper
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- oil
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 chopped bell pepper
- 2 slit green chillies
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp red chilli sauce
- 1 tsp vinegar
Step By Step Guide
Marinate The Chicken
Crack eggs into a bowl and add cornflour,purpose flour, salt, pepper and ginger-garlic paste along with chicken and mix them well.
Crisp The Chicken
Fry the marinated chicken in a oil frying pan on medium-high heat until it gets crispy and golden brown.
Make The Sauce
Sauté chopped green chillies, onions and bell pepper in a hot pan with oil on high flame for 3 minutes.
Add sauces
Mix soy sauce, red chilli sauce and vinegar together until completely blended.
Add The Fried Chicken
Mix the prepared sauce and chicken together. Toss it well until the gravy is evenly coated on the chicken pieces. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes.
Ready To Serve
Turn off the heat, and serve the tempting chicken chilli garnished with chopped spring onions on the top with fried rice or naan.
