Ingredients
- 2 cups of rice
- 250 gms prawn
- 2 eggs
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 chopped green chilly
- 1/2 cup of spring onions
- 2 tbsp of soy sauce
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- salt and pepper and 2 tbsp oil/ghee.
Step By Step Guide
Gather Ingredients
The first step is to boil rice and let it cool once it is perfectly steamed then crack the eggs into a bowl and add a pinch of salt meanwhile, clean the prawns and keep them aside.
Fold The Eggs
In a oil frying pan, beat the eggs and scramble it gently.
Cook Prawns
Saute chopped garlic until it becomes golden-brown then add prawns to it and let it cook for 4-5 minutes till the prawns become tender.
Add Veggies
Add all the chopped veggies in a frying pan on medium heat. Let the veggies cook for a few minutes.
Mix Everything
Stir well the steamed rice, scrambled eggs and spring onions with 2-3 tsp of soy sauce and cook it for 5 minutes.
