1,400 Registries Done Amid Noida Airport Boom; Notices Planned For Pending Allottees News24 –

The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority has completed 1400 registries out of 3,040 plots which have been allotted to date.

The increase in investment in the area is due to the upcoming Noida International Airport. The announcement regarding the airport boosted the demand for property situated near it.

According to officials, there were 1200 registries done within the last one and a half years.

As quoted by the Times of India, YEIDA officials mentioned that “Major industrialization will be visible in the next three to four years when Apparel Park, Toy Park, and Medical Devices Park become functional.”

YEIDA has planned to send notices to the people who have not done the registry till now and have urged to complete the process of registry.

According to the YEIDA, the registry process gained momentum after 2022, which was slow before that.

Before this, only 30 to 35 registries were done on an annual basis. Earlier this year, YEIDA released a public notice requesting the industrialists to complete the process of registries within 60 days.
