Arvinder Singh Lovely Appointed Protem Speaker News24 –

On 24th February, the First Day of Session, Oath/Affirmation of the newly elected Members is to take place at 11 AM. The election of Speaker will be held at 2 pm. Delhi LG VK Saxena has appointed BJP leader Arvinder Singh Lovely as protem speaker.

On Tuesday, February 25, the Lieutenant Governor to address the House and after that, CAG Reports will be tabled.

As per Delhi Assembly Bulletin, “Discussion on Motion of Thanks on Lieutenant Governor’s Address will start at 11 am on 27th February and after that, the Election of Deputy Speaker will be held.”
