NEA Pushes For Workplace Entry Ban, Pay Cuts For Riders Not Wearing Helmet News24 –

There are different traffic rules, which everyone should follow which driving car, riding bikes and others. If someone fails to follow the rule then fine will be put on the driver.

One such rule is wearing helmet while riding bike. The Noida Entrepreneurs Association works as the oldest trade organization to promote industrial development through its partnership with local authorities to lower road incidents in the city.

The association representing 3600 factories now works through a circular to stop all workers using two-wheelers without helmets from entering either Noida or Greater Noida. The associations requested employers to reduce employee pay by one day when individuals do not follow the safety regulations.

Noida Entrepreneurs Association President Vipin Kumar Malhan distributed a circular through business owners to reveal that most two-wheeler commuters lack helmet usage during their work journeys. The absence of helmets leads to fatal injuries that cause death when people get involved in road accidents. Riders of two-wheeled vehicles endanger their personal safety and risk death to both themselves and their passengers following them.

Riding a two-wheeler requires the rider together with their passenger to wear helmets. The circular emphasized that factories and companies must put into practice the rigid implementation of these guidelines. The authorities need to run awareness programs inside the manufacturing environments and corporate buildings. Gautam Buddh Nagar maintains 25,000 factories mostly belonging to the MSME business sector. The workforce of multinational company offices in this area exceeds one million people. The 4,000 garment factories employ more than 8 lakh workers as their workforce.
