15 Year Old Girl Allegedly Harrassed And Raped By Tutor, Probe Underway News24 –

A 15-year-old girl, who was accompanied by her father, filed a severe complaint at the police station in CR Park on February 26, 2025. The child allegedly studying tuition classes at the hands of the accused, who is a CR Park dweller, from 2022 to 2025. The tutor allegedly mentally harassed and sexually assaulted her on several occasions at the tuition center, as per her complaint.

The victim also claimed that the accused threatened and employed emotional blackmail against her to stop her reporting the crime. After the complaint, the authorities have registered a case under Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, Section 64 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), and Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), all of which relate to aggravated penetrative sexual assault and rape.

Police authorities have launched an exhaustive probe into the claims. Additional information on the case will be made public as the probe advances.
