NIA To Grill Tahawwur Rana On 26/11 Mumbai Terror Attacks – 30 Questions That Agency Can Ask News24 –

The National Investigation Agency (NIA) secured 18 days remand of 26/11 Mumbai terror attack accused Tahawwur Rana on Friday. He was produced before the Special NIA Court at Patiala House in Delhi following his extradition from the United States. The agency will now question Rana in detail about the “complete conspiracy” behind the deadly 2008 attacks. NIA informed the court that custodial interrogation is crucial to uncovering a sinister plot. Investigators will also examine Rana’s role in orchestrating the deadly terror attacks. Meanwhile, the US Department of Justice stated that extradition is a critical step toward seeking justice for the six Americans and scores of other victims who were killed in the heinous attacks.

NIA will ask him many important questions during interrogation. The most important of which will be about his role in 26/11 attacks. The questions can be clubbed into three important points, which are: (i) About 26/11 terror attack (ii) On his connection with Lashkar-e-Taiba (iii) Connection with ISI

1. Where was your location during 26 November 2008
2. Why did you come to India between 8 November 2008 and 21 November 2008, and where did you go during this time.
3. Whom did you meet and where during your stay in India?
4. When did you come to know that a big terror attack was going to happen in Mumbai on 26 November 2008?
5. How long have you known David Coleman Headley? Why did you send him to India on a fake visa?
6. What Did David Headley tell you about the places he visited in India?
7. Why did David Coleman Headley come to? What did he talk to you about during his stay in India?
8. What was your and Headley’s role in the Mumbai attacks?
9. How did you help David Coleman Headley get an Indian visa?
10. What was your role in planning the Mumbai terror attacks?
11. How did he help you in gathering information for the attacks?

Regarding His Connection With Lashkar-e-Taiba

1. How do you know Lashkar-e-Taiba chief Hafiz Saeed? When and where did you meet Hafiz for the first time?
