Gujarat: Mob Lynches Taxi Driver In Ahmedabad After High-Speed Rampage Injures Several

Ahmedabad: Once again the havoc of speed was seen on the roads of Ahmedabad. The city witnessed another tragic incident of reckless driving last night which resulted in the death of a taxi driver at the hands of an angry mob. The driver, identified as Kaushik Chauhan, allegedly drove his vehicle at high speed from Vasna to Juhapura, ramming into every vehicle in his path.

As per reports, Chauhan continued to drive recklessly even after being confronted in Juhapura, dragging several people along with the car. A group of people caught the driver and beat him so severely that he died on the spot.

Ahmedabad Traffic Police and Zone 7 LCB launched an investigation. Preliminary information indicates that around four to five people got injured as a result of the speeding rampage in Juhapura.
