Rippling Co-Founder Prasanna Sankar is currently embroiled in a bitter custody battle over their child. As a first move, Prasanna took to X (formerly Twitter) on March 23, alleging that his wife, Dhivya, had cheated on him with a man named Anoop. The entrepreneur shared several screenshots, accusing Dhivya of having an affair with Anoop Kuttysankaran. He claimed that these screenshots were provided by Anoop’s wife and included details of private hotel bookings made by the alleged couple.

As proof for this, he claimed that he received the screenshots from Anoop’s wife, which showed Sashidhar making hotel bookings in her name for Anoop. The screenshot also showed “Dhivya Prakruthi” sending messages, asking to buy “XL size condoms”. However, Dhivya Sashidhar shared a detailed account that shows a very different side of their troubled relationship.

Divya claimed that her husband lost his job in the US after being arrested in San Francisco for soliciting prostitution. Additionally, she accused him of being a “sexual pervert”. She said that Prasanna used to secretly film his assaults on women and alleged that she had also been a victim of his abuse. A US citizen, Sashidar, has now sought help from the Chennai police, alleging that her husband kidnapped their son.

In an interview with The San Francisco Standard, she said her husband forced her to have sex soon after she gave birth. She also claimed that he threatened to cheat on her if she refused. According to a Hindustan Times report on April 7, 2025, Dhivya Sashidhar, responding to Prasanna Sankar’s claims on X (formerly Twitter), said that the messages that showed her meeting with Anoop Kuttysankaran were fake.

The publication noted that her lawyers claimed any relationship with Kuttysankaran was emotional, not sexual. The San Francisco Standard looked through years of court documents, text messages, emails, photos, and other evidence to support what Dhivya Sashidhar said. Additionally, Dhivya Sashidhar made serious allegations, including claims of forced sex and pressure to accept an open marriage. Prasanna, in response, dismissed a report by The San Francisco Standard, claiming it was published merely for page views. He referred to Dhivya’s accusations as “random allegations with almost no viewership.”

Prasanna Sankar, or Prasanna Sankaranarayanan, is an Indian-origin entrepreneur currently residing in Singapore. He is an alumnus of the National Institute of Technology (NIT) Trichy.
