Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GRENO) organised a registry handover ceremony on Sunday at Migsun Green Mansion Society located at Greater Noida Site-C and handed registry papers to 36 flat buyers after 10 years of wait, officials said.
Chief Secretary of Uttar Pradesh Government Manoj Kumar Singh provided their registry documents to flat buyers of the society. Around 200 more registries are expected to be completed in the next few days, and this process will continue continuously.
Construction Completed In 2016
Chief Secretary Manoj Kumar Singh said that “the project started in the year 2011 and the construction was completed in 2016. However, the map could not be approved due to FAR (Floor Area Ratio) being 3.50. Now all the formalities have been completed and the project has received the completion certificate, so that the process of registration can start.” He congratulated all the buyers of the society on getting the ownership rights.
Buyers’ Dream Come True
In the ceremony, MLA Tejpal Nagar said that “the dream of buyers who have been dreaming of becoming the owner of their house for a long time has come true today. This is the result of the visionary thinking and determination of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.”
He said that the registry of Greater Noida home buyers has started. Gradually, all the buyers will get their flats registered. Greno Authority is continuously working on this. Soon all the buyers will get the registry done.
Buyers Said – Thank You UP Government
Apart from Dadri MLA Tejpal Nagar, UPSIDA CEO Mayur Maheshwari, Greater Noida Authority’s ACEO Sunil Kumar Singh, ACEO Srilakshmi VS, ACEO Prerna Singh, OSD Abhishek Pathak and Manager PP Singh were present in the registry handover ceremony. During this, the people of the society thanked the UP government.
