The Indian government has continued its action against spreading misinformation and fake news on Jammu and Kashmir and supporting terrorism in India. In the latest move, the social media account (X) of Pakistan’s Defence Minister Khawaja Muhammad Asif has been withheld.

Moreover, there are reports that India has banned the social media accounts of many Pakistani journalists associated with Pakistan ISPR and ISI for spreading fake news and misinformation.

A day before (Monday, April 28), YouTube channels of many Pakistani news and social media influencers were banned.
