The Noida Authority is soon going to create employment opportunities. The authority may launch a scheme of commercial and industrial plots in the first week of May. According to sources, all formalities related to the scheme have been completed and the Noida Authority CEO has also given his consent.
Authority has identified 13 industrial and 13 commercial plots
The authority has identified 13 industrial and 13 commercial plots, each measuring 8,000 square metres. These plots are located in Phase-1 and phase-2. These plot sizes will be available in 300-20,000 square metres which would be allocated through e-auction.
24 plots measure 300 square metres each
The authority has identified 32 plots for commercial use, of which 24 measure 300 square metres each. Three plots, each under 20,000 square metres, have also been identified: a 15,600-square-metre plot in Sector 142, a 17,000-square-metre plot in Sector 63, and a 7,000-square-metre plot in Sector 62.
5 plots are larger than 20,000 sq metres
The authority is coming up with five commercial plots, each larger than 20,000 square metres. These plots can be developed into malls and shops. The authority will soon launch group housing and institutional schemes, under which two plots could be allocated for group housing while institutional plots can be developed for nursing and school purposes.
Scheme likely to launch in first week of May
The authority is likely to launch the scheme in the first week of May, sources said. The authority officials presented a report on the scheme to the CEO who has given his approval. It is being said that the plot area has yet not been finalised. The plot area can be adjusted before the official launch of the scheme.
