AAP’s Sanjay Singh Demands Special Parliament Session On Operation Sindoor, Ceasefire Move News24 –

Aam Aadmi Party Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh has written a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi requesting him to convene a special Parliament session on ‘Operation Sindoor’ and the sudden ceasefire decision announced by the Central Government. He has expressed serious concern over the Prime Minister’s repeated absence from discussions on important issues related to the country and the lack of transparency in decisions related to national security and sovereignty.

Sanjay Singh has said in the letter that he is writing this letter as a concerned MP and the voice of the public, which expects clarity, strong leadership and transparency in matters of national security. He mentioned that after the tragic incident in Pahalgam, the Indian Army launched ‘Operation Sindoor’, under which terrorist hideouts across the border were successfully targeted. He described it as a symbol of national unity and military firmness.

In The Letter, Sanjay Singh Drew The Prime Minister’s Attention To Some Main Concerns –

1. Absence of the Prime Minister in all-party meetings: The government organized two all-party meetings regarding the operation, but the Prime Minister was not present in both. This absence was disappointing for the opposition parties and the public, as leadership unity is expected at such times.

2. Ceasefire decision taken under foreign pressure: While Operation Sindoor was progressing and the army seemed to be gaining ground in PoK, the ceasefire announcement came after a tweet by US President Donald Trump. Trump said that India and Pakistan were threatened with a trade shutdown, which resulted in the ceasefire.

3. Silence of the Prime Minister’s Office: Despite the public statements and tweets made by the US President, there was no official response or denial from the Prime Minister’s Office. Sanjay Singh termed this silence and said that this has weakened the public’s confidence in the government.

4. Pahalgam attack culprits not identified: Sanjay Singh also raised the question as to why the government has not been able to identify the people responsible for this attack till now and what is the reason for the delay in this.

Sanjay Singh said that these incidents have raised serious doubts in the minds of 144 crore Indians about the government’s foreign policy and ceasefire decision. He said that the lack of leadership and transparency in this difficult time has hurt the image of India’s sovereignty. Demanding a special Parliament session, he said that this would restore public confidence in constitutional institutions. He requested the Prime Minister to come forward and address the country through Parliament.

“India Alliance Was Only For Lok Sabha Elections” – Anurag Dhanda

Meanwhile, reacting to the India Alliance meeting, Aam Aadmi Party’s National Media Incharge Anurag Dhanda said that this alliance was formed only for the purpose of 2024 Lok Sabha elections. He told that due to this alliance, the opposition got 240 seats, which is a big achievement.

He alleged that the biggest deception in the country’s politics is going on behind the scenes. BJP and Congress look opposed to each other in front of the public, but in reality there is a secret alliance between the two. This alliance is neither ideological nor theoretical, but is based on power, corruption and bargaining.

Dhanda said that Rahul Gandhi speaks only that which benefits Modi ji politically. Be it a debate in Parliament or statements in the media, all the steps of the Congress benefit the BJP. In return, the BJP government saves the Gandhi family and corrupt leaders of the Congress from jail.

He said that this alliance is not just an attempt to remain in power, but an attempt to confuse the people of the country. Both the parties do not talk about the issues of basic needs of the people like education, health, electricity and water because their politics is not based on these issues. Their politics is based on lies, allegations and counter-allegations and hatred.

Dhanda claimed that the Aam Aadmi Party is the only national party in the country that contests elections in every state without any alliance or bargaining. He said that the ideology of the party is clear – honesty, transparency and politics of public interest. When BJP and Congress have become each other’s shield, then the country needs a true alternative. He said that Aam Aadmi Party is that alternative, and that is why both these parties feel the most threat from AAP.
