PM Modi Dedicates Chenab, Anji Bridges To Nation; Says Youth Of J&K Ready To Defeat Terrorism News24 –

Prime Minister Narendra Modi today dedicated the famous Chenab Rail Bridge and Anji Bridge built on the Chenab River to the nation by inaugurating them. Along with this, he flagged off the Vande Bharat Express running between Katra and Srinagar.

On this occasion, the Prime Minister said that the youth of Jammu and Kashmir are now fully prepared to give a befitting reply to terrorism. He said that it is this terrorism that set fire to schools in the valley, ruined hospitals and destroyed many generations. He also said that the way the people of Jammu and Kashmir have stood united against the conspiracies of Pakistan is a strong message against terrorism at the global level.

Referring to Operation Sindoor, the Prime Minister said that today is June 6 and exactly a month ago, on this very night, a strong blow was dealt to the terrorists of Pakistan. Now whenever Pakistan hears the name of Operation Sindoor, it will remember its crushing defeat. He said that India demolished the structure of terror in minutes.

Prime Minister Modi criticized the attack in Pahalgam and said that Pakistan has hurt both humanity and Kashmiriyat. Their aim was to spread riots in India and affect the livelihood of the hardworking people of Kashmir, that is why they targeted tourists.

Referring to the Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Institute of Medical Excellence, he said that it is not just a modern hospital, but a symbol of India’s tradition of charity and compassion. He congratulated the Shrine Board and its Chairman Manoj Sinha on this achievement.

In his speech, Prime Minister Modi also highlighted the achievements of the Central Government. He said that the BJP-NDA government has dedicated its 11 years of tenure to the welfare of the poor. He said that 4 crore people got pucca houses under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, 10 crore families got freedom from smoke under the Ujjwala Yojana and 50 crore needy people got free treatment up to Rs 5 lakh under Ayushman Bharat.
