Meghalaya Honeymoon Murder Case: A shocking development has come to light in the sensational case of Sonam Raghuvanshi and Raja Raghuvanshi. Sonam, who disappeared on May 23, has finally been found after 17 anguished days. Ghazipur Police arrested her on the grounds that she allegedly hired killers to murder her husband. It has been learnt that Sonam informed her brother on the call about her well-being.
Sonam, who hails from Indore, was reportedly located in the early hours of Monday in Uttar Pradesh’s Ghazipur. Indore police took prompt action and immediately departed for Gazipur to nab her after being informed about her. Meanwhile, sources revealed that she was found in a dishevelled state and is currently being kept in the Sakhi One Stop Centre, a shelter for women who are victims of violence.
What Sonam Raghuvanshi’s Father Said?
While speaking to the media, Sonam Raghuvanshi’s father, Devi Singh, said, “Sonam came to a dhaba in Ghazipur. She called her brother, Govind. Police went there and took her to the Police Station. Refuting the allegations, he further added, “100% false allegations are being made against Sonam.”
“Police bikk gayi hai…I request to send CBI to investigate how the stuff kept in the activa reached near the body,” he added. On being asked how Sonam reached the dhaba, Devi Singh said, “Only Sonam can tell this. The couple had Rs 70,000. Raja had a chain and two rings, while Sonam had a chain around her neck, bracelet, anklet, and money…”
