LG Manoj Sinha lashes Out At Pakistan, Says The Terrorist Nation Is Burning Seeing The Developing Jammu And Kashmir News24 –
Accusing Pakistan of derailing the development journey of Jammu and Kashmir and sowing discord among communities, Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha strongly criticized the country. Speaking at a religious ceremony in Larkipora Aishmukan, in Anantnag South Kashmir, LG Sinha labeled Pakistan as a “terrorist nation” and said that it is intent on undoing the hard-earned progress made in Jammu and Kashmir over the past five years.
LG said, “Pakistan wants to destroy five years of development in Jammu and Kashmir. It seeks to break our unity. We must not allow its nefarious designs to succeed.” He said that the only way to defeat the enemy’s agenda is through unity and collective resistance. “We all must fight together against the malicious intentions of the terrorist nation.”
Appreciating the role of police and security forces in the fight against terrorism, the Lieutenant Governor stated that public cooperation is equally essential. Sinha mentioned that the administration is committed to peace and prosperity, but this goal can only be achieved if the public actively supports the fight against terrorism.
He said, “We need to support our police and security agencies by providing timely information so that this threat can be completely eradicated from Jammu and Kashmir.” Commending the efforts of security personnel, LG Manoj Sinha also praised the patience of the people. He said, “Despite numerous provocations, the people of Jammu and Kashmir have shown remarkable patience and restraint. We will not allow anyone to divide us.”
While referring to the annual worship of Maa Siddhalakshmi, the annual pilgrimage to Shri Amarnath, and Muharram, LG Sinha said that these events provide an opportunity to spread awareness about the spiritual heritage of Kashmir, which teaches tolerance and acceptance of other religious traditions, viewing them as different paths leading to the same ultimate truth.
“We should spread the message of compassion, selflessness, and the divinity inherent in all beings. We must encourage youth to treat everyone with respect and dedicate themselves to building a just and humane society.”
The Lieutenant Governor mentioned that there is a festive atmosphere throughout Kashmir today. Devotees of Baba Amarnath have come here; Muharram was celebrated just yesterday on Sunday, and today is the worship of Mata Siddhalakshmi. This is Kashmiriyat, where everyone participates in each other’s festivals and supports one another. This also demonstrates the restoration of a peaceful and joyous environment in Kashmir.
