A massive fire broke out at the Aerosol Garment Factory located in MIDC, Dombivli, in Maharashtra’s Thane district, according to the Regional Disaster Management Centre (RDMC). Fire tenders were rushed to the factory site to douse the flames. An emergency team was promptly dispatched to the site near the Manpada Police Station.

The intense fire gutted the factory, with thick smoke rising from the burning debris could be seen from miles away. The situation was brought under control as teams continued their efforts to extinguish the blaze.
In a separate incident in Navi Mumbai’s Kharghar area, a fire broke out at a Chinese fast food outlet located at the new Kharghar railway station along the Sion-Panvel Highway in Sector 1. The CIDCO fire brigade from the Kharghar fire station quickly brought the fire under control.
Fire officials later reported that the blaze started in the shop’s shawarma machine, triggered by an LPG leak. The fire team responded swiftly, opened the shop shutter amid rising flames, and successfully extinguished the fire.
