Fresh revelations continue to surface in the Nikki Bhati murder case in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. Nikki’s sister Kanchan alleged that her husband Vipin, along with his parents and brother, set her on fire over dowry demands. Police have arrested her mother-in-law, father-in-law, brother-in-law, and husband in connection with the case.

However, Nikki’s sister-in-law has now come forward with shocking counter-allegations. She has accused the family of dowry harassment, claiming that she too was mistreated. Rohit’s wife said that Nikki’s parents, along with Kanchan and her husband Rohit, used to beat her. Meenakshi alleged that Nikki had set herself on fire and insisted Vipin was innocent.

In an interview, Meenakshi further stated that just a week after her marriage, the car given in dowry was sold off with the remark that it was useless and that they had demanded a Scorpio instead. After this, she claimed, she was repeatedly beaten. “My family members brought me back in a half-dead condition. I was imprisoned there, and it was the police who finally rescued me,” she said.
