Prashant Kishor Narrows Fight to NDA vs Jan Suraaj, Says Mahagathbandhan ‘Was Never United News24 –

Jan Suraaj founder Prashant Kishor on Tuesday asserted that the upcoming Bihar Assembly Elections will be a direct contest between the ruling NDA and his party, Jan Suraaj. Dismissing Mahagathbandhan and other contenders, Kishor claimed that the real fight is now limited to these two parties. He alleged that NDA is aware of Jan Suraaj’s growing influence and sees it as a tough competitor in the assembly polls, which is why they are trying every possible way to keep his party out of the race

Kishor Calls Out Mahagathbandhan’s Seat-Sharing Clash

In conversation with ANI, Kishor said, “The fight for Bihar Election is only between the NDA and Jan Suraaj.” He also took a dig at the Mahagathbandhan, stating that the alliance was “never united.” Kishor pointed out their differences by highlighting clashes over seat-sharing. “Mahagathbandhan was never united. RJD and Congress are fighting against each other on 11 seats. RJD always practices politics by treating everyone the same way and they have been treating the Congress like this for the past 20 years. What is the state of Congress in Bihar today?…” Kishor remarked.

Kishor Criticises Bihar CM

He further criticised Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and claimed he is unfit for the office. Kishor stated that while Nitish Kumar has declared his candidacy, the public will soon realise his limitations. He accused the BJP of trying to govern Bihar indirectly by promoting Kumar as the CM face.

“There is nothing better than Nitish Kumar throwing his hat in the ring. The public will see how much Nitish Kumar is mentally and physically unfit…The way an accused of killing seven people, 7th fail Samrat Choudhary, is being imposed on the people of Bihar, similarly, mentally and physically unfit, Nitish Kumar is being portrayed as the CM face and the BJP wants to rule Bihar from the back. The public will see it,” Kishor said.

Elections for the 243-seat Bihar Assembly are scheduled to be held in two phases on November 6 and November 11, with the counting of votes set for November 14.
