Left Unity Sweeps JNUSU Polls 2025; Sunil Yadav and Gopika Babu Win Key Posts News24 –

The Left Unity alliance has scripted a victory in the  Jawaharlal Nehru University Students’ Union (JNUSU) polls 2025. Sunil Yadav won the election for General Secretary, securing 1,915 votes. He defeated ABVP’s Rajeshwar Kant Dubey, who received 1,841 votes.

Kizhakoot Gopika Babu from the Left Unity alliance has won the Vice President post with a sweeping 2,966 votes, defeating her closest rival, Tanya Kumari (ABVP), far behind with 1,730 votes.

Aditi Mishra of Left Alliance won the President of the Jawaharlal Nehru University Students’ Union.
