In a shocking incident, a man allegedly beat up his wife to death in Telangana’s Sangareddy district. The accused hit the victim with a cricket bat.

According to PTI, the incident took place in Ameenpur town. A verbal argument had taken place between the couple at their residence.

Police said the accused was a real estate businessman, and his wife was an assistant manager at a co-operative bank.

“During the argument, the man attacked his wife with a cricket bat, leading to her death on the spot,” PTI quoted a police official as saying.
