In a tragic incident, at least 45 Indian Umrah pilgrims lost their lives in a bus accident in Riyadh. It became the final journey for the Umrah pilgrims.
The tragedy struck a family who lost 18 of its members in the accident. It is reportedly said that their three generations came to an end.
The pilgrims were travelling from Mecca to Madinah and had completed their Umrah. But the tragedy struck after the bus collided with a diesel tanker, leading to a major mishap.
Hyderabad-based Sheikh Naseeruddin and his wife Akhtar Begum were on the bus. His son, daughters, and daughters-in-law were also travelling in the bus. The relatives said that they were very happy about their trip, but it all turned into grief.
