Tamil Nadu: Rajinikanth visits Himalayas ahead of ‘Jailer’ release

Going by the ‘highly placed sources Rajinikanth is headed to the Himalayas for a week even as his movie- Jailer is all set for a grand release this week.
Chennai: Ahead of Rajinikanth’s highly-anticipated ‘Jailer’ movie set to hit the screens tomorrow (August 10), the superstar has left for the Himalayas from Chennai on Wednesday morning.
While interacting with reporters at the airport, the Jailer actor said “I am traveling to the Himalayas after 4 years. I wasn’t able to go previously due to Corona.”
When he was asked how about the Jailer movie and his character, the superstar said ‘You watch and tell’ with his signature laugh.

The superstar actor’s love for the Himalayas is well known and he has often expressed his own fascination with the the hills as a place of rejuvenation.
Rajinikanth’s friends were quoted saying, “While he’s in the Himalayas, he’d usually interact with the rishis around to know more about their way of living, ways how they meditate etc. He strongly believes his “reincarnation” is because of Babaji.
