Hassan crime: Granite businessman and close aide of HD Revanna murdered

Krishne Gowda, a 53-year-old businessman was hacked to death by four unidentified assailants near his granite factory in Hassan.

Hassan: A Granite businessman and close aide of former minister HD Revanna was hacked to death by unidentified assailants on Wednesday afternoon. Krishne Gowda, a 53-year-old businessman was murdered in front of his granite factory in Hassan. Four unidentified assailants forced Krishne Gowda out of his car and attacked him with weapons.

Krishne Gowda was also a JDS leader and close friend of HD Revanna, Tv9 Kannada reported. Hassan MLA and JDS leader Swaroop Prakash visited the spot following the incident. Hassan district Superintendent of Police Hariram Shankar visited the spot after locals informed the police about the incident. The incident occurred in Hassan rural police station limits.
