Telangana: HMDA issues notification for land auctions in 3 districts; check details

The Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) on Wednesday issued another notification for e-auction of land in Rangareddy, Medchal-Malkajgiri and Sangareddy districts, Tv9 Telugu reported.
Lands in Bairagiguda, Manchirevula, Kokapet, Nallagandla, Budvel, Chandanagar, Peerancheruvu in Rangareddy, Bachupalli, Bourampeta, Chengicherla, Suraram in Medchal-Malkajgiri, Velimala, Nandigaya, Aminpur, Pathiganapur, Kishtareddypet in Sangareddy will be auctioned.
The deadline for registration is August 16 and the auction will be conducted on August 18. HMDA prepared open plots ranging from 300 yards to 8,590 yards and declared the minimum prescribed price differently depending on the area in the respective districts. The highest upset price is Rs 65,000 per yard for plots in Nallagandla in Rangareddy.
On Tuesday, the e-auctioning of 50 plots in phase-1 of Shabad on Hyderabad city outskirts fetched the government Rs 33 crore, which is twice that of the market rate.
