Delhi Weather Update: Delhi is going to experience rainfall on Wednesday, June 4, accompanied by thunderstorm and gusty winds. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a yellow alert for the weather conditions. Light rainfall at some places accompanied by thunderstorm, lightning, and gusty winds was reported in the national capital on Tuesday. Delhi has been witnessing rainfall over the past few weeks due to an active western disturbance. A western disturbance, appearing as a cyclonic circulation, continues over Punjab and neighbouring areas. This weather system is influencing the changes in regional weather patterns, bringing rainfall in northwest India including Delhi-NCR.

Due to the current weather conditions, there has been an appreciable fall in maximum temperature over the national capital. The maximum temperature is currently in the range of 33°C to 36°C. South-westerly winds are also prevailing over the capital these days.

Talking about the weather forecast for June 4, the IMD has predicted light rain along with thunderstorm and lightning. Gusty winds with speed 40-50 kmph temporarily reaching to 60 kmph during thunderstorm is expected today. The maximum temperature will remain in the range of 33-35°C. A yellow alert for rain has been issued.

June 5: Thunderstorm with light rain will strike the national capital on Thursday. The maximum temperature is expected to remain 35°C. Partly cloudy sky has been predicted with gusty winds during the thunderstorm.

June 6: The weather will start changing from Friday. No rain has been predicted but the sky will remain partly cloudy. The maximum temperature will remain 38°C.

June 7: Partly cloudy sky has been predicted with no rain forecast. The maximum temperature will remain 39°C.

June 8: The sky will remain partly cloudy with maximum temperature at 39°C.
