Noida News: A bomb threat email sent to Kailash Hospital, located in Sector 71, Noida, has triggered a police investigation. The hospital management received the threatening message via email and immediately approached the police as a precautionary measure.
Based on a complaint filed by Dr. Rajesh Parashar, the Medical Superintendent of Kailash Hospital, a case has been registered at the Phase-3 Police Station. The police have launched an investigation and claim that the case will be resolved soon.
To assist in the investigation, the cyber cell has been assigned to trace the origin of the email. The threatening message was sent from the email ID divijpprabhakaralashmi@gmail.com. Police teams are currently examining further details related to the email.
Authorities suspect that the email could be the work of a mischief-maker. However, the police stated that a clearer picture will emerge only after the identity of the sender is confirmed. Investigators are also analyzing the history of the email account used to send the threat.
This is not the first instance of such threats in Noida. In the past, prominent schools and even the management of DLF Mall received similar bomb threat emails. Subsequent investigations revealed that those emails were sent by pranksters, often with the intention of getting schools closed.
Police continue their efforts to trace the sender and ensure the safety of all concerned.
