Heavy downpour lashed the economic capital on Monday, leading to waterlogging in several areas of Mumbai. Around nine flights aborted landings, while one was forced to ‘go around’ due to bad weather conditions. Commuters also faced traffic snarls on the Western Express Highway near Vile Parle.
Airlines asked the travellers to leave their homes early to reach the airport.

We recommend planning your commute in advance and checking your flight status before heading out. Our airport teams are on the ground and ready to support you as you travel.
