RCB Vs GT: Good News For RCB Fans! Travel To M. Chinnaswamy Stadium Hassle Free

Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) will be playing on their home ground against Gujarat Titans (GT) in a thrilling IPL 2025 encounter at M. Chinnaswamy Stadium on Wednesday.

BMRCL Takes Initiative For RCB Matches

In order to facilitate the huge number of fans going to and from the stadium, the Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Limited (BMRCL) has made up its mind to operate metro services on match days. The final trains from all four terminal stations—Whitefield (Kadugodi), Challaghatta, Silk Institute, and Madavara—will now leave at 12:30 AM, and the last train from Nadaprabhu Kempegowda Station (Majestic) will leave at 1:15 AM.

“Good news for cricket fans! Metro services will be extended for IPL 2025 Bengaluru matches. Check the media release for more details.” BMRCL mentioned

Travel Becomes Hassle Free For Commuters

These late metro hours will be operational on April 2, 10, 18, and 24, and May 3, 13, and 17, coinciding with the city’s IPL matches. The initiative is intended to facilitate travel for thousands of viewers while cutting down on private travel reliance and lessening Bengaluru’s infamous traffic jams. BMRCL has asked commuters to plan in advance and utilize the extended service to the fullest, and also appealed to media outlets to assist in spreading this information for public convenience.

RCB vs GT: Head-to-Head Record

In their last five IPL encounters, RCB has a marginal advantage with three wins, whereas GT has achieved two wins. In GT’s first season, they defeated RCB on two occasions. RCB, though, reversed the trend in subsequent seasons, especially in 2024, when it won two dominating matches against GT. RCB’s highest score against GT is 206, whereas GT’s highest score in those games is 200.
