Match Between PBKS Vs DC Gets Abandoned

The star match between Punjab Kings and Delhi Capitals was abandoned on Thursday evening at approximately 9:35 PM, just after PBKS had scored 122/1 in 10.1 overs. The initial reason given for the unexpected blackout was floodlight failure. But Dharamsala, which is merely 90 km from Pathankot, one of the locations hit by air strikes from Pakistan, was already in high alert.

According to reports, Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association made the decision to suspend the game following a phone call with a top cricket official.
