The Board of Control of Cricket in India has announced the two alterations to the Indian Under-19 cricket team when it goes on the tour to England. Team India lost two players to injuries ahead of the tour that began on 24 June. Under such circumstances, the BCCI was compelled to change. Aditya Rana and Khilan Patel are out of the tour to England. Their place is occupied by D Dipesh and Naman Pushpak. Both Aditya and Khilan have picked up an injury in the high-performance camp in Bangalore.

According to BCCI, these were two players who were on the standby list. Aditya has suffered a stress fracture in the lower back, and Khilan has had to withdraw from the tour, as he is suffering a stress reaction in the leg on the right side. The India Under-19 team was chosen during the England tour with Ayush Mhatre as captain. Vaibhav Suryavanshi forms part of this too.
