Football fans in Hyderabad have every reason to celebrate, as their wait to see Lionel Messi in person is finally over. The world-renowned football legend will officially be visiting Hyderabad as a part of his highly anticipated GOAT India Tour 2025 which has brought massive excitement to the South Indian football fans.

Messi will be visiting the city on December 13, as confirmed by the Telangana Chief Minister prior to his arrival. It is a historic event in Hyderabad with the Argentine legend more likely to meet with fans during his visit to the city, where he is likely to be involved in special celebratory events.

The organisers of the Messi tour of India last week paid a visit to Jubilee Hills in Hyderabad where the CM in the company of Messi organisers unveiled the official poster of the tour. The reports also claimed that the CM was also given a football which was signed by the team of Messi.

This will be the second visit of the Inter Miami star after winning his maiden FIFA World Cup title in 2022. His visit will be celebrated like a festival full of concerts, charitable opportunities, meet and greet, and so on. The tour will begin on December 13, with the first city being Kolkata, and then he will visit Hyderabad on the same day. The forward shall later proceed to Mumbai on December 14, shows scheduled at the Wankhede Stadium. The final day is December 15, when the movement to New Delhi takes place in the Arun Jaitley Stadium.
