ASHES 2025-26: Australia set to battle out with England in the upcoming 5-match Test series of Ashes 2025-26 later this week. The first match will be played at Optus Stadium in Perth, and the rest of the matches will be played in different locations like in Brisbane, Adelaide, Melbourne, and Sydney.
Australia’s stand-in skipper Steve Smith will be leading from the front in the series opener as Pat Cummins has been ruled out due to a back injury, and Ben Stokes will be leading the English side.
For 15 years, England haven’t won an Ashes Test series on Australia shores, and they last won a Test match in Australia in January 2011. They will not just aim to end their losing streak in Australia but also win this series after 10 years.

The third Test lands at Adelaide Oval on Wednesday, December 17. After that, the action shifts to the MCG for the fourth Test on Friday, December 26 in Melbourne.
