Bron Breakker in Royal Rumble spotlight amid suspension controversy and Paul Heyman’s defence

An ex-WWE star sharing the same opinion as a wrestler from The Vision indicated that a wrestler like him could be an excellent pick for the Royal Rumble winner. The WWE Royal Rumble PLE is only two weeks away on January 31st. Even though Cody Rhodes claims to be the only one announcing himself as a Royal Rumble match participant, it is expected that many high-profile wrestlers will be there in the Rumble match.

WWE Royal Rumble line-up boasts top stars and potential surprise returns

The Royal Rumble match has not only two-time Rumble winner Cody Rhodes but also some of the most prominent WWE stars like Roman Reigns, Gunther, AJ Styles, and Brock Lesnar expected to be a part of it, with Chris Jericho, the great one, also rumored to come back. When it comes to naming a winner, there will be fans who are going for a former WWE World Champion, like the above-mentioned ones, while others might opt for a wrestler who has never been a World Champion on the main roster before.

Former WWE star predicts Breakker could claim men’s Royal Rumble win

The ex-wrestler David Otunga indicated his choice for the Men’s Royal Rumble winner to be The Vision’s Bron Breakker during an interview with TMZ’s Inside The Ring. Breakker would perfectly represent a person who has not yet captured a top title in the main roster.

“I really think Bron Breakker, like, I think he would be perfect. I see that, and he’s due for a main event spot at some time.

And I think winning the Royal Rumble, that’s a great way to do it when that and then now he’s got this main event spot at Mania, yeah, I can see that.”

Bron Breakker suspended by WWE after backstage altercation

On WWE Monday Night Raw’s edition of January 12th, Bron Breakker faced an indefinite suspension imposed by Raw GM Adam Pearce. According to Pearce, Breakker went unchecked after he spoiled a tag team match. Pearce confronted Breakker and the latter even touched Pearce. In a backstage clip, Bron Breakker was depicted strolling through a corridor. Adam Pearce said to Bron that he is suspended for an indefinite period. Bronson Reed separated Breakker.

Controversy erupts as Paul Heyman questions Bron Breakker suspension

Paul Heyman of The Vision informed Pearce that it was an enormous error. Pearce claimed that it was a blunder on Bron’s part. Heyman argued that it was a blunder by Pearce because, according to his perspective, Pearce was the first to touch Breakker. The commentators acknowledged that Heyman had a valid argument. Legal expert and former wrestler David Otunga also provided his thoughts on that particular storyline.

“Well, technically, I believe he could within the bounds of the contract, but I think that his argument falls apart being that he’s alleging that Bron battered him, when, in fact, it was Adam Pearce who put his hands on Bron first.

Bron could argue that this is self-defense. I mean, if I were his attorney, I would argue this is self-defense and that this suspension is invalid and should be nullified immediately. And if it’s not, Adam Pearce should potentially be fined.
