In a shocking revelation, the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) announced citing forensic reports that the child hostages ‘Bibas brothers’, whose dead bodies were returned by Hamas were allegedly killed with ‘bare hands’, weeks after their abduction. In an X post, IDF Spokesperson RAdm. Daniel Hagari alleged, “Ariel and Kfir Bibas were murdered by terrorists in cold blood. The terrorists did not shoot the two young boys—they killed them with their bare hands. Afterward, they committed horrific acts to cover up these atrocities.”

In a televised statement, Hagari confirmed that terrorists brutally killed the 9-month-old baby Kfir Bibas and his 4-year-old brother Ariel while being held captive in Gaza up latest by November 2023. He further stated that the two children were taken hostage along with their mother, Shiri Bibas, from their home by the Hamas-led terror onslaught on October 7, 2023.
The IDF’s statement came shortly after it was found that Hamas did not return the body of the babies’ mother Shiri and instead swapped it with the body of a Palestinian woman. Hamas later claimed that the bodies were mixed up during an Israeli airstrike, Times of Israel reported. Meanwhile, Kibbutz Nir Oz announced the murder of Shiri Bibas who was kidnapped from her home.
According to reports, her husband Yarden Bibas was also taken hostage but Hamas released him alive on February 1. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has also expressed deep sorrow over the tragic incident stating, “Who kidnaps a little boy and murders them? Monsters. That’s who?
