Bad News For Pakistan As Trump Administration Considers Travel Ban For Citizens Of 43 Countries – Full List Inside News24 –

Pakistan, Afghanistan, and Bhutan are among 43 countries that may face a travel ban to the United States as the Trump administration works to limit illegal immigration, according to a draft seen by Reuters. Officials said these new restrictions would be tougher than the ones during Trump’s first term, when he banned travelers from seven mostly Muslim countries.

The memo lists 43 countries that could face a travel ban in three ways:

Full visa suspension

Partial suspension – This applies to countries that don’t fix certain issues.

Partial visa suspension – This would affect tourists, students, and some other visa types.

During his first term, Donald Trump imposed a travel ban on seven Muslim-majority countries, which was approved by the Supreme Court.

A US official told Reuters, on the condition of anonymity, that the list is temporary and could change later. It still needs to be approved by US Secretary of State Marco Rubio.

Here’s the list of the countries that may face potential travel ban, by The New York Times:
