Loot Gold And Escape In House Owner’s Car News24 –


On Monday, robbers tied up an elderly couple and their maid during a robbery in broad daylight at their home in Northwest Delhi, police said. The incident happened around 11 am.

Police were informed about the incident through a PCR call at 11:45 am. The robbery happened in Ashok Vihar, according to an official, as reported by the news agency PTI.

Police said that three to four men broke into Om Prakash Aggarwal’s house and tied up the elderly couple and their maid.

Robbers Steal Valuables And Escape In Owner’s Car

The robbers took gold jewelry and other valuables before fleeing in the house owner’s car, police said. The complainant was taken to a hospital for a medical check-up.

Later, the stolen car was found, according to the police.

The crime team visited the scene and collected fingerprints and other evidence for the investigation.

“A case has been filed at the Ashok Vihar police station. The police have started an investigation and are checking CCTV footage from the area to find and catch the criminals,” said Deputy Commissioner of Police (Northwest) Bhisham Singh.

Another incident In Delhi when an Angadiya trader was robbed of Rs 80 lakh at gunpoint in Haveli Haider Kuli, Chandni Chowk. The robbers first fired shots and then ran away after taking a bag filled with money. The Delhi Police are investigating the incident.

In a separate incident, a dramatic late-night operation by Delhi Police resulted in the arrest of four criminals after a shootout. The police were tipped off about the suspects having illegal weapons. The whole event was recorded on CCTV and went viral on social media, with Delhi Police also sharing it on their official X account.

On March 1, intelligence sources told the Badarpur police about four people in a car with a Delhi number plate, carrying illegal weapons, according to officials quoted by news agency ANI.

Based on information from intelligence sources, a team from the Badarpur police was sent to Lohiya Pul near Nala Road, Arpan Vihar.

At midnight, a grey car came from Arpan Vihar, which the informer identified as the suspects’ vehicle, according to the police.

When the police tried to stop the car, a suspect in the front passenger seat pulled out a pistol. The police quickly fired at the car’s front wheel, stopping it. All four suspects were arrested, and after searching the car, the police found two illegal pistols, two cartridges, and the car.
